What do you root your plants in?

Our favorite medium is a custom soil mixture. It’s more forgiving in our experience and can be customized, depending on the type of Hoya or other epiphyte. We typically use a mixture of high-quality potting soil, perlite, and fine grade orchid bark.

How should I care for my plant once I have it home?

To acclimate your new plant baby, place it in indirect light. If the soil is dry, give it a drink and try to refrain from repotting for a couple weeks.
